What is a good deal on a used 02??
A friend of mine can purchase a used 02 C32
for $40500.00 from a dealer with the standard options
and 15K miles, silver in color. Do you guys think this is a
good deal? I told him it sounded ok to me.

As A "Side" question, were you a bit skeptical about
purchasing a preowned 02, vs. going with perhaps a
preowned 03? Due to the fact that there seems to be some
issues with reliabilty in the 02 model?
