Transmission cooler/ exhaust help

I'm thinking about getting a transmission cooler for my C55, its stock with K&N filters. I see people getting B&M tranny coolers, I'm just not sure which one to go with? there are so many different tranny coolers from B&M.

I'm also thinking about deleting my 2nd cat (like most people with C55s), but I can't decide if I want to delete it or just go with a Maganflow cat. I seen videos of people with their 2nd cat delete, but haven't seen or heard much from people with maganflow cat. I hope someone that had a maganflow installed could share some insight. Also, will the exhaust mod screw up the O2 sensor? I been getting mix info that that.

O2 sensors are before and after the primary cats. Removing the secondaries will have no effect at all on the O2 sensors and will not cause a CEL. Can't comment on the magnaflows but it seems that most perople only install higher flow secondaries in conjunction with exhaust work that removes the primaries, i.e. Kleemann or MBH mid or long tube headers.

Out of curiosity, why the intrest in a transmission cooler?

i had a new tranny put in about 20k mi ago (currently 71K and some change), talk to some people, they said the only reason the tranny gives out so quick is because it over heats and stuff. So I looked into a tranny cooler, it aint too expansive, so i figured its a good way keep my car running for a long time. :P it also lowers the oil temp too.

Beware B&M coolers have imperial fittings, not metric, there is some conversions. Trannies fail because of fluid breakdown. Fluid should be changed at 30-40K intervals depending on your driving. I track my car and have had no transmission issues at 40K and just had my tranny serviced.

is there one that doesn't require the conversion?

Doubt it, they are generic parts made for american muscle cars. There is a reason why they are $30 to $100. If you want true cooling capacity, then go stand alone with a fan and then it is considerably more. I don't think with the horsepower levels generated in our cars that its necessary.
