Oh same here, mine was also version 1. It was cracked badly and I had it weld serveral times (look really ugly) but it's keep cracking. I think It's the life of V1. I wonder how long the V2 (stainless steel) will last?!

I think this is going to be the best deal that you can find and you might be able to get it a bit cheaper if you make an offer. You should be able to get it for under $100 shipped: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/01-ME...item5644ef34c6

I think it will be cheaper to remove the headers that you currently have and have them re-welded. You may want to check your motor mounts while you're at it, too much movement well help the welds fail sooner.
