Adding Subwoofer to Harmon Kardon C55
Hi, i've got a 10" JL sub, box and amp ready to throw in my C55. Ive read on a couple other fourms and some owners are saying you need a hi/low converter and others are saying you don't because the OEM harmon kardon amp has one built in. Provided is the link I was getting this info from. Can anyone tell me how I am supposed to connect the RCA cables from the OEM amp to the new aftermarket amp. I'm under the assumption that I can disconnect the OEM harmon kardon sub in the rear deck and with those two wires cut and splice them onto the new RCA cables? Can someone please advise?

Does anyone know how to get remote turn on from the rear speaker like described above? I can run it from the cigarette lighter but then the amp wont come on with the key out.
