What does "AMG Tuned" mean....
...in terms of suspension and brakes?
I'm curious. What brand does the stock "AMG tuned" suspension use? Or does AMG build its own suspension in house?
Are the calipers/pads/rotors also built by AMG?
Tks.

I really don't think those bits are built in house. Rather, I think they would be AMG specific bits built by suppliers used by AMG. For instance, the struts are probably by Bilstein, but built to specs specified by AMG. The calipers are by Brembo, but with silver paint and AMG stickers. The rotors I think are also supplied by a third party supplier. But the calipers and rotors are used on larger Mercedes models, so in that regard, they were off the shelf components. For instance, the front calipers are the same as used on W209 CLK500s and 550s I believe, and I think also on some 600 model Mercedes.

i wish i knew for the c32 and c55. However, i know for a fact that the clk dtm is bistein and the clk63black is kw. Its actualy an insane set up on the black with additional reservoir similar to racing.
