Random malfunctions after shipping car

Random malfunctions after shipping car
Hey folks,
I shipped my car from Denver (5500 feet) to Boston (0 feet) and it was shipped in an open transport through the snow that belted down in that region.

Car runs fine but I got two random malfunction messages that seemed to have gone away. "Driver side marker lamp" and "oil sensor malfunction visit workshop" Wondering if this could be related to sitting out in the cold and/or elevation change?
