Cooling down a C32

Has anyone come up with a solution for C32's running temp? Mine seems to float at around 82/4-90 degrees.. Seems kind of warm.

Does WaterWetter help?

Thanks

mine goes up to 102 on a hot day and 'only" 97 on a normal day!

that is with the temperature already set to -5C from base,

Does anyone know what the base temp for turning on the fan is?

Mine was up 90-95 C under normal load and this is too high.
MKB has changed the startup temp to a lower setting. In fact another member, Shine, also recommends doing this.
I dont know how they did it but I guess it must be done via the computer.
No my car is always around 85-90 and about 95 under heavy load.

I had my tech lower my fan starting temp to - 5 Cº . The car is still always hot , around 90, I checked to see if there was a lower temp thermostat but Mercedes does not have one yet.

My wifes SLK200K regular temp is around 90 C.
In a traffic jam on a hot day it gets close to 98 C.

I guess MB cars like high temps.

okay, I've double checked. driving around normally the water temp is around 85-90 and after i got off the freeway after some 85-90 mph run it's around 95. So, yours should be normal. It has only reached over 100 once last summer when the outside temp is over 105F.
