Visited Kleemann HQ a couple of weeks ago:

Wanted to get rid of these:

These headers was what I wanted (an SLK behind):

This is how it looked before (with the cover removed):
Notice the prime cats!

First, they removed my exhaust (notice the resonator delete):

Then they fitted the new headers:

And this is the final result before putting the cover back on:

This gave me what?
Before I had their ECU which gave approx 380-385 engine-hp, up from
original 367 hp (and 510 Nm).
Now Kleemann gave me a powerchart from another car with similar
setup with headers and tune which showed 414 hp and 576 Nm.
The power wary from one car to another but they told me after their testdrive
of my car that it responded very well on the tune...![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
The car is now very quick, no doubt about it. The torque is massive!!!
Another thing:
The sound now is awesome when you step on it! Note that I have
the resonator delete. I´m considering putting it back on, haven´t
decided yet... At idle and low power you now can hear the V8, and it´s
a little louder than before.
Kleemann are awesome!!!
PS. Kleemann did not advice me to do the x-pipe-thing, since the system
already from factory have the 2-1-2-system. DS.
