high idle after changing the IC pump, tranny oil, IAT, any idea?

high idle after changing the IC pump, tranny oil, IAT, any idea?
The sympton is, idle stay high around 1400rpm, no matter cold or warm start, gear or nenturel. The car seems someone holding the throttle around 4%, run really fast at idle. Sometime when hard brake, the gear back to 1st, the idle will return normal. Light brake and stop at the light, the car seems not engage back to 1st and idle stay at 1400 rpm.

Other than idle, everything work perfect. Power, shifting up, brake....
Only happen under 1500 rpm. Any idea or anyone has this before?

2003 porsche 996 turbo
if you changed your iat sensor look for vacuum leaks. you removed the intakes the y pipe for iat and may have a loose clamp

IAT and seal are new. Fixed this afternoon.
IAT needs to be adapted when new. Thx!
