C32 Sec. Air Inj. Relay confusion. Post what your using
Since it is summer, my fiance finished the full repaint on the C32 and put on the brand new Brabus Vs and so now int/ext/engine is done; so now it is time to get a fresh sticker for it. Put in a new secondary air pump and put in a new 002 542 65 19 PURPLE relay for the sec air injection system. The dealer said to use the 002 542 26 19 GREY relay for the system, but as they have never been right about any of the Cossie parts and plenty of AMG parts decided not to listen.
The new 65 19 purple relay caused a pending code (once it popped on the Rev display I pulled the fuse to not risk damage to the pump) on the PLX KIWI so thinking now the 26 19 is the correct relay that Merc changed to after all Sec. Air. system issues reported when they came out. Please let me know what relays you are running in your C32s for the secondary air injection system since if I need the 26 19 relay will be going tomorrow when I have 5 min off for lunch at work.
