Harsh tranny shift shock???
Does anyone elses c55 have the occasional harsh shift shock? mine had rough ones driving noraml daily driving from time to time but i notice it often with down shifts while going up hills alot.

My 5-4 downshift is harsh when going up hill around 45mph. I've tried everything to remedy it. Its fine when I clear the shift adaptions and will be good for 500-1000 miles. Ive ordered a new ETC for a test and it still did it. Eurocharged tuned ETC still does it. I couldn't find any reference to such a problem in DTS search. My next step is to ask our tech rep to look into it.

My 2-3 is usually hard in sport mode, the trans will also hang gears like you wont believe. My 1-2 WOT shift is good sometimes but other times its as if the RPMS are to high and the trans forgets to shift? Due to this it bangs into gear and the RPM surges.
