I have a 2004 545i with 168k that I traded with another car. My other car was a 6 speed. My bmw is an automatic. I love it, but I like dealing cars every once in a while. Mine is loaded with sport pkg, heated front and rear seats, navigation,.......etc. I put it for sale or trade. A guy with a 2003 benz c32 AMG with 108000 miles, heated power seats, rear spoiler,..nice looking car is interested in a trade. Which do you think is worth more mine or his?

i think c32 is worth little more, 545 with that much miles is around $10k, c32 is about $12k.

I would have to agree. The C32 AMG is worth more, but i would bring the price of the C32 AMG up to $13,000. Prime excellent condition and maybe $13,350+. I am not sure of the BMW's exact price, but not near 13. Those AMG engines compete with the more recent S classes V8's. The "AMG" automatically adds $1,500-$2500 to a used car of that age (2003), that is if comparing two excellent condition cars.
