New Benzo

Woke up this morning started the car up let it warm up a bit hooked my aux to my galaxy s3 to play some random music I get no sound out of the speakers. Looking at the command unit I see the sound icon flashing what could be the problem? Last night the north east got hit with snow I had my car parked out side could this be a problem? Could this be a fuse? I tried resetting the command unit and to no availability sound is not a option. I tried playing with the volume knob by twisting it low to high I get a sound from one of my songs for a second then it cuts right off. Please help a brother out I can't ride in my Mercedes I this kind of fashion.
