Want the perfect hose for ysplitter?
http://www.samcosport.com/ a local shop is doing the job for me and getting samco to make the perfect fit for the sl55 splitter ..if anyone wants a pair all you have to do it call up samco and get it from them direct since they will have a copy. i don't know about the pricing yet.

Roozy, I installed the "Y" last nite , didn't need to adapte the sl hose one the port side. I don't think this is the best design for application. Needs to be all metal. Such as an AEM type for ricers. It would look better and might have cooler air flow.
The whole intake should be redesigned of metal, maybe just one larger cold air from grill. Also the "y" looks crappy with hose clamps.

Since the installation of the "Y" , I've noticed a surge or rise in idle rpm, just after start. Then it drops back down to normal. Anybody have same situation? Haven't had chance to track test yet, but does sound a little different.

I went last 22th (my first time, 2 runs, and bad 60ft, 2.3s) and I was running a 1/2 second quicker than a M3 SMG and a EVO VIII with boost controler....
