Still Too Low At Rear?

hey guys,

just fitted new H&R springs and some fresh standard shocks.

ive driven for 20 miles to let them settle.

do you think my car is sitting too low at rear?

or just leave it?

im not sure what pad i have at the rear but it must be the smallest one.

what you reckon?

a car.
That looks pretty good, very similar to mine. The problem is the front fender is much larger and higher than the rear so a 1:1 front and rear drop is never going to look right. I personally like the look of aggressive rake on these cars when lowered like this.

Looks good.. Any rubbing..? I have Renntech springs and rubs with 4 passengers in the car, I switched out pads with the number 4 I believe.. Question for you guys, what did you guys do about the front wheel well covers..? The front tires made 2"x4" holes in the plastics and I am really tired of the way it looks.. Any ideas..?

I have H&R's with #3 pads in the rear. Here's a pic for comparison.

Oh and "many many many" miles.. so this is a pic with them "settled"

Oh and to answer your question.. your car looks fine. Were talking a difference of a few centimeters when it comes to the pads. When its me and the wife in the car its fine. Put 2 adults in the rear and some luggage you can tell that the rear of the car is a "tad" lower. But really it handles just fine. Enjoy the springs they work just fine.

I have the same issue with my C55. I installed the KW v2's at all four corners and the rears were simply too low if installed per KW instructions. I took my number 4 rear spring pad and ground them flat (since the KW springs sit flat unlike the OE springs which fit into a groved pad) and used these to raise the rear about 1/3 inch. Unfortunately, with the 10mm spacers I have to run to clear my 030 rear brakes, the rear still rubs with 4 adults in the car. 2 adults, no trouble. 2 adults and a baby no trouble. 2 adults and a heavy third person or a full trunk can cause rubbing. I still want to raise the rear another 1/4 inch. I may install ground OE spring pads at the base of the rear springs arm to raise them up and fix this (the height adjustments on the rear KW's are allready maxed out) but, I am open to suggestion. Any thoughts? I've already mildly ground the protrusions on the inside of my rear fenders.
