How to tell if my car has been tuned?
I know this is probably a dumb question, but is there an easy way to tell if my car has been tuned (I bought it used from Carmax)? Since recently learning that I had Renntech pulleys, I now wonder what else has been done. I also have K&N filters and the Johnson I/C pump. I don't know if these changes are enough to require a tune. I also don't know what other performance mods have been made by the previous owner.
Would there be a certain value or flag in the programming that would indicate it had - maybe a last changed date, modded by, etc? I have the Autoenginuity generic PC scantool which can pull some data but probably not MB-specific info.

Speed, I'm waiting on a call back from Renntech.
Pelican, no included records/receipts. I do have a related question for you though. I need to order a tensioner pulley but don't know if I have the mechanical or hydraulic type. How do I tell?
