Got quote between $2450-$3200 ($3410 3yr/100k) all over the SoCal dealers...anyone find better deal and where? I have few more days left before I get it and all dealer told me that 3rd Party Co. won't warrant AMG cars.

i forgot how much i got mine for but i know the amg warranty is a little more than the non-amg's and the finance guy found that out after we signed all the papers, so we redid everything with a little discount of i think around $300..

I haven't tried them but others claim they saved a ton.

Thanks. I will give her a call tomorrow. I heard she has some good comments and also some bad comments...there is one guy still waiting for her to activate his Ext. Warranty with MBNA for 5 months and still waiting...

Try www.autowarranties.com for your extended warranty. It is untrue that third parties will not deal with AMG cars. I purchased an extended warranty for my '02 E55 for a good price. Because I am still in factory warranty period, I cannot vouch first hand about their performance. It will be several years before I get the opportunity to do so. I've heard positive feedback from owners from the Roadfly (BMW) forum regarding this company.

Many of the original C32 owners called Lisa at a MB dealership in Chico, CA and got very special rates on the "real" MB extended warranty. The price of the MB extended is somewhat negotiable.
BTW your local dealership can match if her service is less than perfect. (You just need her price to start with).
