Caliper Paint- best method / products?

Merry Christmas Eve all. I am looking to paint my caliper red, and replace the AMG stickers. I am considering the following:

-spray or brush?
-g2 vs dulpi-color
-found the stickers on ebay
-clear coat over stickers?
-also looking to paint the edges of the rotors- surface rust now. Thinking of Rustoleum bbq paint, high heat, brush on.

From what I have researched, the prep is key. You input please! Thanks, Mike.

G2 brush on, AMG stickers, clear over the stickers, brush off the brake dust off rotors and spray silver caliper paint

Which E500 you have..?, is it "W124 or W211 or W212"...??, also depend of your Rims color, if you have a silver Rims, you can paint the calipers to (Red or Blue or Yellow or gloosy Black), if your Rims Black, you can go with (Red or Yellow or light Green),,

Clean the Calipers, then paint them with a brush or spray, leave it like "5" ours or a night,, after that, put the sticker then put some clear primer on the sticker, to make it hold strongly.....

So I started this tread back in Dec, and have completed my calipers since. I had the fronts removed, left the rear on the car. Here is what I did:
Fronts- cleaned with brake cleaner, then soap and water
-brushed on 4 coats of POR15 red caliper paint. On the final coat, I thinned with about 25% laquer thinner for a smooth, no brush stroke finish. Once dry, I applied silver AMG high heat decals from ebay..i can provide the link. Then I used an aerosol high heat clear coat, 3 coats.
Rears- basically the same procedure, but left the caliper line connected. I did pull them from the rotor, and layed them on empty 12 pack boxes, pulling them away from the car.
I also painted the rotors with POR15 black caliper paint.
The final product is bad ***. I just started driving the car after a bunch of other mods, and the brakes look sick. If I can figure how to upload pics that are small enough, I can show you, Hit me up for any questions. I am a perfectionist, and happy with the results. Mike
