Caliper Paint- best method / products?
-spray or brush?
-g2 vs dulpi-color
-found the stickers on ebay
-clear coat over stickers?
-also looking to paint the edges of the rotors- surface rust now. Thinking of Rustoleum bbq paint, high heat, brush on.
From what I have researched, the prep is key. You input please! Thanks, Mike.

Clean the Calipers, then paint them with a brush or spray, leave it like "5" ours or a night,, after that, put the sticker then put some clear primer on the sticker, to make it hold strongly.....
ZAYED,,
Fronts- cleaned with brake cleaner, then soap and water
-brushed on 4 coats of POR15 red caliper paint. On the final coat, I thinned with about 25% laquer thinner for a smooth, no brush stroke finish. Once dry, I applied silver AMG high heat decals from ebay..i can provide the link. Then I used an aerosol high heat clear coat, 3 coats.
Rears- basically the same procedure, but left the caliper line connected. I did pull them from the rotor, and layed them on empty 12 pack boxes, pulling them away from the car.
I also painted the rotors with POR15 black caliper paint.
The final product is bad ***. I just started driving the car after a bunch of other mods, and the brakes look sick. If I can figure how to upload pics that are small enough, I can show you, Hit me up for any questions. I am a perfectionist, and happy with the results. Mike
