Brothers, Help Out Please
I am looking to pass on my set of rims off my car as I've just fitted Vossen design CV3s. The guy has a C32 and 17" wheels.
I'm in the wheel and tire business and have a feeling the fronts are 225 and the rears are 245s. The stock set up I believe is 7.5" front and 8.5" rear. If memory serves correctly the offset up front is 37 and is 30 on the rear.
What offsets can you get away with on your car on a 19" rim?
I would imagine an 8.5" with a 35 on the front would work with a 225. What I am not so sure about is a 9.5" rear with an offset of 35. I would imagine a 5mm spacer is needed with a 245 would work but not sure if that will sit too much outside on the rear.
Any input would be much much appreciated.
Thanks!!
Just to give you an idea, my wheels are F 8.5 +35 (tire 235) R 9.5 +38 (tire 265). I would be able to use these without a problem but I had caliper clearance issues. Now I am using a 5mm spacer front and 10mm spacer rear. I am lowered and it rubs in the rear in big dips.
Hopefully this can help you so what

265-30-19s with 35mm offset. Even with rolled fenders, I had to go + one size on the rear shims otherwise, tires will rub all day. Tires still rub with four passengers when hitting a bump. No problem with just the driver.
hope this helps.

The 35 offset front with a 235/35/19 was fine and the rear 35 with a 255/30/19 was fine. The only thing we had to do was replace the nuts as they were too long and rubbing the heat shield.
Guy's very happy with his new wheels! Went from stock to these with good tires for only $400. Probably not everyone's cup of tea but he liked them.
