anyone recognize this foglight?

2002 c32 amg, 2007 srx (wife), 1995 tahoe (guinea pig)
anyone recognize this foglight?
I've tried googling every number on this light to no avail. It has a smooth glass face, not ribbed like the one the dealer carries. Apparently it's aftermarket. This is in case someone wants me to fix the foglight before buying my car.
