Hi all, new user planning a C55 purchase shortly. Hope you don't mind me asking a quick question? I really like the OEM wheels, but want a more aggressive look. I think I'm right that the standard wheels are 7.5" and 8.5"? I was planning on putting some rears on the front, but did AMG or anybody else ever make a wider rear in the same style? Thanks!

I did wonder if that was the case, but couldn't be sure looking at pictures if they were exactly the same style. I thought the C55 wheels looked different where the spoke meets the rim?

Yeah, the lips look different. Plus I don't think the offset works with W203's.

Even with a wider rim, the widest tire you can fit is like a 265 and even then you will probably get some rubbing. You can fit a 265 on an OEM C55 wheel and use a 15mm spacer is you want it flush with the body work.

There's a guy I bought my c55 wheels from and he's running sl55 wheels. He said he just needed longer lug nuts and they fit

Thanks, yeah that's the look I'm after. Has anybody tried rolling the rear arches much? And what about rear camber settings? Can they take a fair degree of neg? Thanks again!
