Comand nav settings and history disappeared?

Comand nav settings and history disappeared?
Anybody had this happen before? All of my Comand nav settings and history deleted, including home address, previous addresses, map settings, etc. Don't know what caused it; I did do an emissions test the other day where they connect via the OBD port, I wonder if this caused an error somewhere and cleared it.

The same exact thing happened to me yesterday but only my settings withing the Navi mode. I thought it was pretty random. I had a destination put in then drove about 20 minutes. Pulled over to get gas but had the key left in ignition position 1, music still on. Started the car back up and of course not only did I have to reenter my destination but I had to reconfigure my 'HOME' destination. Also all 'Last Destinations' were erased to. Not sure how it happened.

slightly off topic: I just started fumbling with my NAV- When entering my address I realized the streets/address don't exist yet according to my 2005 C55. Anybody have a lead on the cheapest way to get an updated DVD?

I have had this happen a few times. None of it related to a battery pull. Also I had an issue with the Nav reading the disc which turned out that the systems heat melted the disc. I replaced with a new disc and works fine again, reprogramed the addresses and just keep an eye on long trips to ensure it does not over heat again.
