got my new Behr Rad now just need liquid quantities
Just wanted to see how many gallons of the new Coolant do I need to order. and how much trans fluid am I going to loose. since I am going to go ahead and drain the pan, how much trans fluid do I need? not going to flush the Torque Converter or anything, it has too many miles to do and do a full trans flush now.
just drain trans pan and replace radiator. I did buy a Trans Dipstick service tool. So I will be able to check it.
Thanks in advance.

finally found it in owners manual. well at least for coolant.
looks like to -35 F I need 6.4 qts. so a little less than 2 gallons and then top off with distilled water.

OK, this coolant issue is really starting to get to me. I changed out the radiator, it was then leaking from the top hose, I replaced the O-ring and stopped that leak. I was just in traffic and was trying to get out of the way of a car that was speeding toward me, so I got on it pretty hard, and I heard a noise under the hood. now it seems like I blew a heater hose or the heater core. coolant leaking all up under my master cylinder and I hear gurgling from the firewall area there. how hard is it to get to those hoses? I am at work so I couldn't tear into it too much. I am going to have to have my car tow'd home.

the connector between the partition and the heater core deteriorated and formed a hole. it was spewing coolant all in the area where my master cylinder and fuse box are. It was an easy fix once I tracked down the part. had to pull the cowl panel and wiper assembly to get to it though.
