I went to start my C32 and upon turning the key there was this awful grinding/buzzing noise. I checked to make sure I didn't already start the car (It was early). Nope, car isn't on. Did it again, same awful grinding/buzzing noise (kind of like the starter was just spinning and grinding against something).

Third times the charm, the car starts.. I go up the hill by my house, the transmission (or something underneath the car) makes an awful grinding noise.

But now it's gone and it hasn't happened again..

any ideas?

Go straight to the dealer! Do not pass Go. Really, you should see the dealer ASAP!

I would get that checked ASAP, that does not sound good.
