PO130 and other codes..

PO130 and other codes..
Ok i've been battling power loss for quite some time now, years basically. Never been able to figure out if it's just me or the car. Anyways i'll cut to the chase.
Right now i'm pulling a PO130 o2 sensor code. It's triggered the check engine light twice the past few weeks. if i clear it it will go away for a while. A few months ago i was pulling a different 02 code, for bank 2. I can't recall the code but it went away on its own and never got a check engine light from it.
It's not unusual for me to pull a MAP high input code as well. I also kept pulling a IAT code, however, it has also went away. I already had a new sensor so i replaced it anyways (2nd time).
The car is running a 185 pulley with a tune. It has dumped out black smoke on occasion with WOT runs so of course it's running rich which could answer the power loss.
My real question is if the o2 sensor needs to be replaced or perhaps the cats are going bad. Ordinarily i would think just the sensor, but pulling a MAP high input code frequently (185mm or cats clogged) and different o2 sensor codes coupled with loss of power just has me maybe question that there is a chance it's something else.
car has 75k on it.
