2002 C32 AMG and 2003 E320

2002 C32 running uneven between 1000RPM and 2200 RPM. After this it seems ok. This is not nice as it is the revs that is used all the time up to 60mph. I have changed fuel filter as well as oil and oil filter. Any assistance on what I need to do? Thanks
