C32 recent hard brake pedal

2003 C32 AMG
Exclamation C32 recent hard brake pedal
Hi all.

2003 c32. 81k miles..

Last 2 days my pedal has gotten very stiff. Its hard to stop. There is also a croaking/groaning from the pedal.

brake fluid level is good.
Pads all around are good (I physically checked)
Rotors are in good shape.

What could be the issue? Do I simply just need my brakes bled? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
