Pilgrimage to the homeland (Affalterbach)

Just thought I'd show a few pictures from my pilgrimage to AMG in Affalterbach. Definitely had an awesome time and a great tour. On the small road to the town we saw a camo'd GLA. We got to see the showroom, private lounge, sit in a few cars, see the performance studio, see one of the V12 turbos on the bench dyno, see their customization room (beautiful, you can do anything you want), see the engine factory that makes the V12 upstairs and the V8's in a much larger fashion downstairs. Lots of history, a great tour, a great time!!! Thank you AMG

Leaving Stuttgart passing through MB headquarters

Today was a special day because the AMG owners club invited the M Power guys to come learn about AMG (I think M invited AMG to their event last year)

CLA / C 507 / E(S) and an A Edition 1 behind me

The book! Very nice.

The real Private Lounge!!!

I was over there for work visiting multiple countries and facilities and was going to have an extra day left so I planned flying back from one corner of the continent back to Frankfurt, took a train from there to Stuttgart, and headed from there. Affalterbach was the highlight of my extra day

AMAZING! My bucket list as well. Then when I leave AMG in Affalterbach, I will stop over to the AMG/Petronas F1 factory.
