i had a c32 and sold it and now i have a 211 e55. i ve posted many many times on that board and no reply form you all. some e55 owners posted about bad customer service and still no reply. are you trying to push us to renntech or what? appreciate the forum but customer service is the most important tool you have and you've NEVER responded to one of my e55 questions but you're still all over the c32 board where you respond all the time! why not check what's going on over there about YOUR OWN PRODUCTS AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE and take care of business.

dd_kota,

Congratulations on the e55, it is an awesome car!

Vadim is our head of R&D, and while frequenting the board is a hobby of his, he is not able to read and reply to each and every post. MBWorld is a message forum seperate from evosport. If you need to contact any member of our staff, the best way to do so would be to send an email or call us. We are in contact with many forum members each day, not all of which are posted publically.

Did you have a specific question that you would like addressed? Feel free to call me at 888.520.9971 x11 or email ben@evosport.com or vadim at vadim@evosport.com. We try to respond to each customer within 24 hours, and would be more than happy to help you.

Thanks,

Ben

dd-kota: Seriously, after how you addressed me and the language, common do you expect me to respond to you.

There is a PM on this forum, our banner is on top with phone numbers, my e-mail is vadim@evosport.com.

I do not talk to people who are rude.

first off vadim if by common you mean "come on" than fine. if i was rude i'd say go f yourself but i didnt. i asked many questions on the e55 board and you never responded. so when a fellow e55'er posted this post below:

My saga with evosport & Kleemann
I ordered a Kleemann steering wheel from evosport on 8/1/03, I was told the wheel would take 4 weeks and may be sooner, I was charged a 50% deposit ($1000), it's been 6 weeks now and no steering wheel. Evosport keeps giving me the run around and telling me that August is a slow month in Europe and they need more time, why wasn't I told this when I ordered the wheel?
I was told they would need an additional 2 weeks, I wasn't happy, but had no choice, now it will be over 6 weeks and still no firm delivery date. Evosport refuses to refund my deposit and won't even give me a discount, I have never seen such horrible customer service.

it only reinforces my belief that your customer service is sorely lacking, or has been since i came to the e55 board. vadim, if your feelings are hurt because multiple questions to you went unanswered than, sniff, sniff, i dont know wub u want me tu du! pull up the skirt and do your job!!!!! from the post above sounds like we should go elsewhere, that coupled with your (evosports) general lack of attnetiveness only leads me to further believe that we 211 owners arent relevant??? if your bread is buttered with c32's (check my previous posts from NOVAC32, i was treated great on the c32 forum) than just say so. but please with the harsh languarge/rude BS!!! you (i have not seen any post by anyone on the e55 forum from you guys until now) have not talked to any of us on this forum!!!!!!!

dd_kota: I think part of the reason is Evosport does not and cannot buy every AMG model available in the market and play with all of them at the same time. Vadim has spent a tremendous amount of time working on the 32. You have to understand that it does require A LOT of R&D, trial and error to develop something from scratch. I guess after they're done with the 32, their next project might be the E55. If you have faith on Vadim's work, maybe you have to be a little more patient.

dd_kota,

I doubt that Vadim was the only one who found your original post to be rude. I am positive that no one found your 2nd post to be anything but rude. Nevertheless, Vadim posts here for leisure, and can not be held responsible to answer every question posted. There are over 11,000 members here, it would be impossible!

If you or anyone else has a question that you would like Vadim to directly answer, the best method of communication would be to contact him directly. If there is a post that he did not read, how can he be held liable for its contents? At the very least, you could have contacted him with a URL to the post you wanted him to answer. Vadim has a phone number, email address, PM Box at MBWorld, website, and an office at evosport in Huntington Beach. If anyone is looking to reach him, I would suggest choosing from one of the above mentioned points of contact.

As for Rave E55's post, I mentioned before that we are in contact with many forum members outside of MBWorld. We were prior to his post, and still are, attempting to mitigate his situation with Kleemann. Accusing us of ignoring a situation without knowing all the facts is simply ignorant.

omg man,

this is a public internet forum, even though EVOSPORT funds this forum doesn't mean that they need to reply your question on here. the PURPOSE of having a forum is for enthusiast like us to exchange information, and NOT for evosport to answer questions!

why do people all of a sudden start bashing evosport on the internet forum that they pay for us. we gotta appreciate! don't hate.
