best place to install strobe? (pics)

i got the Whelen csp690 6strobe kit (90watt); for the fogs, headlights, and tailights. anyhow in the headlights im not sure where it should go...

zoom up of it..

this is the bulb that lights up in addition to the xenon tilting upwards when you hit the brights so it would be ok to replace with strobe.

if i remove that light and don't want a malfuntion msg popping up is there a fuse that can be removed??

Is that a light I think that a sensor which control's the leveling motor for the projector. I coulld be wrong it would look cool but only for shows it would look wierd on the street.
