Anyone looking for a C/CLK 55 ?
I may be purchasing a 993 Porsche, and would need to sell one of my cars.
2005 C55 AMG 139k miles, bought from previous owner, fully loaded ( was a demo car )
2004 CLK55 AMG 109k miles, fully loaded ( minus distronic )
I love both of them but really want a 993

I sold my previous C55 for the one I currently have as it was a 1 owner, female owned vehicle. Car has had transmission fluid flush/change, routine oil service every 5k miles, new radiator.

The car was a demo car, original owner ( the female I bought it from ) bought it new with 9k miles or something.
My understanding is a car that has never been titled by a dealer to someone regardless of mileage is still considered a new car, and the person who buys it is the first owner, although the car is technically used.
Weird IMO, but still the car is immaculate for the mileage. Would prefer to sell the CLK55 over the C55

I've always loved that car. I dated a girl in middle school who's father had a blue 993. We hit it off talking about his car when I first met him -bang, now his daughter could stay out til 11 instead of 9:30.

Good thing you didn't have the 993, they are a bit small inside

Oh how I love 993's I remember the day I got my Learners Permit I got to drive my dads 993 home and about a mile away from the DMV I was at a stop light on a hill and a cop pulls up really close behind me. That was the longest light of my life I was sure that when I tried to move forward I would roll back into him. lol Guess it was a good thing I had been driving sticks since I was 10 around the farm. Oh and the day I got my license he let me take the 993 out and I went to see my friends and got my first run in with the nice Police man the best part was it was not for speeding but for looking suspicious.
