I only have ~1000 miles on the new Akebono Euro Ceramics and StopTech CryoForged rotors. Just can't quite remember offhand if the dash warning goes off when the end of the wear sensor hits the rotor, because my old sensors were worn *all* the way down when I changed everything up front.

no as long as the pads are worn down enough where the sensor would strike the rotor...
