Tensioner pulley nut size?
So, I've owned my C32 for about a week now and Tonight while driving the tensioner pulley nut came off.
The belt, pulley and the spacer were all in good condition and I've gone through and checked to ensure everything lines up and the pulley spins freely so I'm assuming the PO or dealer failed to torque it, I guess it could of just worked loose... Anyways I'm having a fun time finding a replacement nut or at least it's thread/pitch size.
Anybody have any ideas? Any help is much appreciated.

I *think* it's an M8, most of our bolts are M8s
Hang on, are you looking for a nut or a bolt?

Hey guys thanks for the replies, after 3 trips around town looking for bolts i narrowed it down to an M12x1.0.
Sorry for the confusion, i meant the tensioner pulley and not the idler.. Now its back together and seems to be ok. Still decided to order new pulleys for peace of mind though.

Good stuff. Thank you merc for using the metric system. Pity you guys on imperial
I replaced all my pulleys around 120kmiles, they were roaring like a dog. even did my supercharger bearing using the freeze and cook method.

Stock supercharger pulley removal and Bolt torque?
Gwin et al,
I bought a bearing to replace mine which has gone bad and squealing (car has 145k miles). However, my pulley is not wanting to come off easy (go figure). I bought a cheap puller and grinded it down so I can get some grip on the pulley to remove it.
Questions:
1. Did anyone have an issue with their pulley being stubborn to remove? Have any tips?
2. I am going to try the heat/cool method as well, any tips?
3. What is the torque spec for the pulley bolt?
Thanks for any help :-)

I don't know about the first two, but the torque spec for the idler pulley is 8 N-m. DON'T over torque it, I learned this the hard way. Long story short, it sheared inside the timing cover, so I basically had to engineer the crap out of a solution. I posted about it somewhere on here, but man did it suck.
