Help with a shimmy

MY C32 has had a shimmy felt in the steering wheel when the car is cold at 35 to 45 mph this has been there since new more than 20 thousand miles ago. The dealer finally believes me that it is not the tires since we left the car on a hoist overnight and it shimmys just the same when driven in the morning. They seem to be trying to work with me but they have no idea where to look they say the MB tech rep has no clue other than to start replacing things. In the last service they replaced the front motor mounts. Has anyone had a similar problem and or had it resolved.
