Help required please................

I have recently installed some Eibach Pro-Street coilovers, the handling is much improved and i'm very happy with how they perform.

I now just want to lower the car some more but i had a problem at the front with the inside of the tyres rubbing on the strut, i require to get some 10mm Hubcentric spacers from H&R,.

Does anyone on here have them fitted to their C32 and if so what size of bolts did you have to order to fit them safely?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Here's a pic of my c32 AMG Wagon as it is, before i can lower it anymore without the rubbing issue.

What size and brand tires are you using? Some brands like Toyo have a more narrow profile and may work better for you. I didn't know that Eibach made coilovers for the W203 AMG models. You sure you got the right coilovers? The original bolt has a 39mm shank. With 10mm spacers you should add no more than 10mm to that number.

I am currently running with the 225/45/zr17/91y Pirelli Rosso tyres all round, i was contemplating getting some Toyo Proxes tr-1 at a slightly thinner 215/45/zr17/91w but i'm not sure they would be as good as the Pirelli, the guy working on the car said that i can also just stick with the Pirelli but also buy them at a 215 instead of the 225 and i will have a slight stretch and nothing to silly like some of the ricers you see driving about.

I got the Eibach coilovers from Demon Tweeks in England, they assured me these are a correct fit for the c32 AMG and they also gave me the ones for the correct axle weight to cover for the Wagon. They fit fine it's just i cannot lower the front as much as i would like to because of the rubbing issue, so 10mm spacers will clear the strut and i can lower the front an extra 2 inches. I will look at getting those 49mm shank bolts then and get the spacers ordered.

Hopefully this will all help and i'll be sure to get some pics when she's finally at a height i am happy with.

Many thanks for your help

C55 have wider trac than c32 so i don´t recon spacers would harm, it will probably only do good
