I bought these brake pads (Posi Ceramic) on ebay and since I never had used ceramic pads before I don't know how they should look. Reasons I don't think they are is because they create black brake dust which I read they are not suppose to, they make a light dust apparently. Reason I think they are is because it looks like theres copper in them which they say the ceramic pads have in. Confused.........

I'm not quite sure based on looks but I do know ceramic produces brake dust during initial break in period. After breaking them in, they're virtually spotless for hundreds of miles.
