intercooler pump
It seems like two different parts can cause the same type of problem. In the other thread onpole said it was his throttle actuator but the syptoms are the same except for me it is in any speed range. It feels like sometimes I have a c32 and sometimes I have a 230. PRetty dangerous but I am far away from my dealer on business. I have to wait for a few more days before I can get it checked out. I hope it holds up.

The Throttle Actuator will put the car in Limp mode. The car will stick around 1300 rpm until you restart the car.
The intercooler pump problem will cut boost, but you will still be able to drive. p/n 000-550-48-83
