I think that picture is probably what the normal slk will look like.

I hope the AMG looks a bit more aggressive, not like the first picture but not like this slk too. Somewhere in between would be great. I like the sid skirts but the gills are a little weird looking.

If somebody is buying an slk and an amg at that I would think that they are looking for something sporty and thus more aggressive look. Well I am at least.

I don't think the c55 will be that agressive or at least shouldn't be because it is still for the supersport sedan category.

At any rate Pierre I will be joining you and I am going to put down a deposit at my dealership as well. I just can't do white on that car though. I will decide closer to customizing time i guess maybe the granite grey or maybe even a magma red (yikes)

The gills actually ruined the flow of the styling in my opinion, and looks a bit too stretched. Hopefully a full frontal pic would change my opinion.

Agree, I thought it looked heaps like the SC430 in first glance. Should be one land rocket though since SLK is pretty small

the pic of the car with gills is the slr... not the slk.

by gills i thought he met the slits on the side as on the slr and the lorinser f01 fenders for the sl. usually when you think gills they are many slits on the sides as on a fish.
