How much thicker are H&R sway bars compared to the stock C32 AMG sway bars? Front and Rear?

Just wondering how much difference there is between the stock C32 rear sway bar and the H&R rear sway. I just noticed that you can purchase the front sway individually from H&R and was wondering if it's really worth it to buy both the front and the rear.
