E55 air box fitment issue

I am installing a E55 air box/ y-pipe setup on my C32. I know that there are some changes that will have to be made for it to fit well, remove the clip on the firewall, remove the clips on the bottom of the air box and trim some plastic for the oil cap.

While I was mocking it up in the car last night I noticed that the driver's side airbox was pinching a rubber tube against the firewall and on the right side of the air box (if standing in front of the car and looking at the engine) a hard black plastic line that is touching the air box.

I wanted to see if anyone had any issues with these or if there are any suggestions/solutions.

Pictures? Don't worry about the hard plastic line. And run the rubber tube under or around the airbox.

Was having some issues loading these up on the first post. One shows the pinching and one shows what I know I have to change for a better fitment.
