I tried to search around this forum for instructions on replacing the fog light bulbs in our cars, but i just couldn't find it. So could you guys please tell me how I could do that?

Your dealer should replace any bulbs for free, under warranty.

actually, i'm replacing them with aftermarket bulbs, so that my fogs could match my xenons.

and of coz they said that if it's non-OEM parts, they will not install them for me.

unfortunately your dealer is "mod unfriendly" which is unlike some other dealers. In order to change the fog bulbs on the C32 you have to go in from behind, which involves disconnecting the lower portion of the splash shield, then just reaching in with your hand. I've never tried it myself but I'm sure it's not too difficult.
