Hi and thanks to all for your help with my problem of having little power gains after mods, does anyone know ,if the car is running lean at 14.5%and is supposed to be 11%, what would this mean as far as power loss and once corrected what power increase do you think I could gain, thanks and safe motoring tom

What it means is your car is about to detonate itself to death. 22psi and 14:1 ARF means not only terrible power but a very short lifespan. 11.5:1 is about the place to be while at full boost. You have a problem with your fuel system and/or your tune. You need to investigate both.
I wouldn't worry about what power you will make. I am pretty sure it will put a big smile on your face and be a complete handful. Also double check the wideband is reading correctly... been there done that.
