Where can I find Philips NEW 5000K (blue) HID bulbs? Prices and installation concerns? Thanks.

Within your area they're are several places:

Jen @ suvlights

Impex - 2 doors down from Kembo
Will @ DivsionR - Rosemead

i don't thin kembo will sell HID to unknown customers. it is illegal to sell now.
