Hi guys - i've always had a little bit of play in my parking brake on my C55. When i release the brake with the lever, I would have to use my left foot to pull the pedal up a little bit while holding the release lever for it to stay. Just came back from leaving it parked for a few days and it doesn't seem to want to stay up anymore.

I'm assuming I need to adjust this to tighten the cable up. Do we have a similar access point under the rear seat on the C55's as shown here?:

Yep. That's exactly what we have. The instructions on your referenced thread work just fine. Did it a few times myself.

Its easy to get to.


Just spray some lubrication on there and it will work a treat.
