Just purchased a Deltran Battery Tender to charge my c32 vehicle when not in use for long periods of time.

Can the charger simply be connected directly to the battery (positive and negative terminals) or can the negative cable that's grounded to the body and the positive jump cable j-box be used for charging?

I&O manual says disconnect the battery all together. I don't mind doing this if it's absolutely necessary, just looking for a quicker approach to this if it's not going to damage anything..

When I put my car away I put battery tender right on the postive and negative of the battery, all u have to do is remove the 3 clips for u cabin filter, it takes 5 seconds to do.
Mine goes away in 3 days
