A/c Fan blower not kicking on immediately
I've noticed my blower not turning on right away. About a minute after I start it it will start working normally. No matter which setting it is on it won't blow. Is there a blower motor resistor that I may need to replace? It works normally sometimes.
Anyone have this issue and fixed it?

Usually, the fan activation is not directly linked to the A/C activation but to the compressor pressure, ambient temperature and settings: meaning temperature and fan speed settings and also vehicle speed, because with the vehicle driving you get an automatic cooling effect due to the relative air speed going through the front grill.

Sorry Frederick, what I was referring to was the actual fan speed that is responsible for blowing air in the cabin and not for the actual fan for the engine, that's a different story.

there were issues with the blower regulator back in the day a lot, have you visually verified the fan doesnt spin at all at first even at a low speed? Push the defrost button, the fan should come on a full speed almost instantly.

So I have been playing around with things and I noticed that when the air is on the "fresh air" instead of "recirculate" the air comes in faster while I drive through all the vents. When I am stopped the air goes to normal speed...
