Haven't updated this in a while. The car was doing great until it died on the freeway. Turned out to be a bad fuel pump & or sender (replaced them both).

The car is now on 2pc AMG BBS wheels, not much else has changed... I'm still in love with the car.
Next is figuring out why the AC does not really blow out the passenger side upper vents, only the drivers side.

If you have a SDS, you can find which motor or lever is not working.
I have a bad motor or lever in the passenger footwell, and the parts in hand, but have not torn it apart yet. It's a pretty big project that requires all the console and part of the dash to be removed to get to it. A nice summer day project when I have time and nothing else to do.

The W203 HVAC system under the dash is notorious for breaking control arm levers and having the stepper motors fail. MB came out with a stronger lever which you can find on eBay, or a kit, so they won't break again. See the attached PDF.
