So when i bought the car at the beganing of the month everything was working. Now i am experiencing driver seat not functioning/ moving and steering wheel not moving. Within my research i found it might be a k24 relay. Can some one tell me where this is located?

Most likely it's the seat control module underneath the seat

replace your driver side control module in your door. i just replaced mine in my passenger side and it cleared up many many problems.
