Hi Guys some help needed ....


My wipers would not work if my car is not in motion any idea what could be wrong ?


I also noticed my bonnet says its open when its acutely closed I have bridged the wire together thinking it will solve the problem but it does not

My wipers don't work unless door is closed

If you have the rain sensing wipers, and the stalk is in the first setting, they'll stop/slow down when you come to a stop and then kick back up again while you're moving. Working as intended.

If you have the stalk in position 2 or 3 (slow/fast) and they stop when you stop, that's a weird *** problem to have.

No rain sensor wipers . And wipers used to work at standstill before but no longer does

Battery voltage?

Battery was fine . Taken it to the local dealer it seems I need a new bonnet catch.The switch there works as a safety to shut the wiper off if bonnet is open
