61mm pulley major slip

Hey guys,

Recently installed my eurocharged 61mm pulley with a new stock belt, drove it for about 2 weeks with no problems. Nooow the tensioner is chattering and the belt slips at hard throttle almost as if the car is shutting off and on(a day ago at hard throttle my belt slipped completely off all pulleys). The gap between the magnetic clutch and the pulley is on point. The belt is fine, no tears or threads missing.

Could it be tensioner issue?
Need smaller belt?
Sell the car and get a AMG GTs?

What are your thoughts?

I'd go with a new/upgraded tensioner first and go from there (belt and/or larger idler next).

How are you liking the new pulley? Were there any issues geting the old one off? Did you upgrade the injectors and get a tune yet?

Sell the car and get AMG GT.
Do you use any kind of pulley save kit? It may help with belt slip after you take care of the current issues.

1.)That's what I was thinking.
2.)I love the new pulley it came with a lot more punch than I expected without the tune.
3.)I only had one issue which was the fact that the old pulley was very old and basically welded itself to the rod unfortunately it made me damage the old pulley when I put a puller on the teeth.
4.)injectors will be on down the line....right now I'm focusing on widening the intake and freeing some exhaust so that I can get the tune

Iv seen many posts on the PSK but have never really looked into it. Do you know what is included in that kit? And how it helps?

There are two kits that I'm aware of that perform similar function. The Needswings PSK and the kit from Latemodel21. With a 61 SC pulley, both kits wrap the belt around a smaller SC pulley better that the OEM setup and give you more contact between the SC pulley and the belt. There are also additional benefits.
Not sure what both kits include at this moment. You should contact these members directly.
